Beach Paradise our theme this year
Everyone's now welcoming here
Across the air of beach, the wind blows music in your face
Come live and be merry
Hats and shoes and socks we wear
Play on the seashore and gather up shells
And have the finest kind of play
Run on the rocks where the seaweed slips
And watch the waves
Dancing back and forth...
It is beckoning us to join in
Standing on the beach
Enjoying the crash of ocean waves at this paradise
Aloha!!! This is our 2nd I.U Day, the Musical Gathering. This year we decided to promote Hawaii culture. Thank to Past President, Rotarian Kuah Leong Kui and Rotarian Lim Boon Chui for attending our event. Thank to our ex-senior also for joining the event. No forget to thank to Interactors from Raja Lumu, Raja Zarina, High School,Pandamaran Jaya and LEO Club of La Salle for attending our gathering.
We got a bunch of interesting performances this year. Hawaii welcoming dance, Magic show, chinese yoyo, break dance, musical instrument and drama. The Hawaii welcoming dance performed by the Miss Hawaii was bravo!!! Their attractive smile and their graceful dance had steal many's heart.
The magic show was quite awesome especially when the magician perform the magic tricks of umbrella. Other than that, an audience was asked to help him to pull out the paper from his mouth. The paper is about 2m long.... Many were amazed....
The dance Secret and the Piano, Flute performance also well praised by the audience. The comedy performed by the BOD and Committe 09/10 also made the audience bring down the "hall".... Everyone seem enjoying during the gaming section.
This year we got six Miss Hawaii who compete to be the Miss Hawaii 2009. They are very pretty and cute. After a vote from the audience, the champion of the Miss Hawaii 2009 was......... Miss no.7, Int Teh Meng Loon!!!!!!
Sorry, Miss no.7 had been disqualified as "she" been a transexual surgery and became a boy now.... (juz joking....)
Continue to the topic, we had 2 champion. They are Miss Hawaii no.2, Int. Kow Mei Shin and Miss Hawaii no. 5, Int. Ng Yee Ling!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Wow, the musical gathering can use a word to describe it, AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! Haiz, those who were not there will be very regret about it....[gallery]
